📋 Description

• Serve as an independent operational auditor evaluating station performance • Conduct announced and unannounced audits across all TFG Aviation companies • Assess compliance with customer expectations, contractual requirements, and industry standards • Identify operational risks and partner with leadership to develop corrective action plans • Prepare comprehensive audit reports and maintain documentation supporting findings

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, Safety, or related field, or equivalent operational experience • Minimum 5 years of aviation operations leadership experience • Strong understanding of TSA, FAA, OSHA, and airport regulatory requirements • Experience conducting operational inspections, audits, or compliance reviews • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities • Valid driver's license • Ability to obtain and maintain all required airport badges and security clearances • Ability to travel up to 90% of the time
