📋 Description

• Monitor global and U.S. weather systems, humanitarian crises, refugee movements, pandemics, and conflict zones 24/7 • Provide direction and logistical coordination for multiple domestic and international disaster relief projects • Lead field operations and real-time communications between responders, local churches, FDR HQ, and broader Foursquare leadership • Develop and maintain relief logistical locations across the U.S. to provide FDR response capacity • Develop, train, and connect local church response teams in the U.S. and globally with FDR’s overarching response framework • Collaborate with FDR Communications Lead to produce response updates, promotional content, and materials for print, video, social media, and conventions

🎯 Requirements

• 5 + years field operations, disaster relief or related humanitarian experience • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent level of experience, training and education • Strong logistics, crisis management, and organizational skills • CPR/First Aid or equivalent certifications preferred • Bilingual: ability to speak, listen, read, and write fluently in Spanish is preferred • Ability to travel frequently, including to crisis zones
