📋 Description
• Handle a dynamic docket of civil litigation matters, primarily commercial auto liability and trucking accident defense cases • Take and defend depositions, argue motions, and attend court appearances • Work closely with clients, insurers, and team members to develop case strategies • Prepare cases for trial and participate as first- or second-chair
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed Texas attorney with insurance defense litigation experience • Demonstrated deposition and trial experience — first-chair preferred • Commercial transportation or trucking defense background a strong plus • Ability to manage docket independently from day one
