• Lead Workday Financials implementations and optimization projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget, and high-quality delivery • Partner with client executives and stakeholders to define requirements, translate business needs into Workday solutions, and advise on best practices • Provide hands-on expertise in one or more Workday Financials modules (e.g., Financial Accounting, Procurement, Expenses, Projects, Grants, Inventory, or Business Assets) • Oversee solution design sessions and guide the configuration, testing, and deployment of Workday Financials • Mentor and develop consultants within the Financials practice, fostering knowledge growth and skill development • Collaborate with other practice leads (HCM, Adaptive Planning, Student, Extend, etc.) to deliver integrated Workday solutions • Contribute to practice development by refining methodologies, creating accelerators, and sharing expertise across the organization • Support pre-sales activities, including scoping, solutioning, and client presentations
• Minimum 7+ years of Workday Financials consulting experience, including multiple full-cycle implementations • Deep knowledge of Workday Financials core modules and configuration • Strong ability to lead client workshops, gather requirements, and drive strategic solutioning • Experience mentoring junior consultants and leading project teams • Exceptional communication, presentation, and client relationship skills • Prior experience at a Workday partner strongly preferred • Workday Financials certification(s) required
