• Assist with routine database hygiene by auditing CRM records, identifying and merging duplicate contacts/accounts, and standardizing mis formatted fields (e.g., phone numbers, email addresses, and URLs). • Perform regular data-cleansing sweeps to purge invalid email bounces, standardize naming conventions, and flag incomplete records for further enrichment by senior team members. • Monitor inbound lead queues, manually routing unassigned or misrouted leads to the correct regional or enterprise sales representatives based on established territory rules. • Maintain lead lifecycle accuracy by updating contact statuses, lead scores, and stage progressions as records advance through the pipeline, ensuring reporting dashboards reflect real-time activity. • Assist in list-building and segmentation for email campaigns by exporting targeted contact lists from the CRM and verifying that all included leads meet required demographic criteria. • Help prepare weekly engagement reports and dashboards by pulling standard CRM reports, compiling data into reporting platforms, and flagging outliers (e.g., abnormal web traffic patterns, UTM-tagged campaign performance discrepancies, or conversion-rate fluctuations) for marketing leadership to review. • Contribute to process documentation by updating quick-reference guides and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for common CRM tasks as workflows evolve. • Build, revise, and deploy email campaigns and automated nurture workflows in HubSpot, assisting with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and basic performance reporting to improve subscriber engagement and conversion. • Publish and categorize website content (pages, blogs, resources) in IFSA’s WordPress CMS, ensuring accurate tags, SEO metadata, and timely refreshes. • Manage and audit IFSA’s external presence by updating program and service listings across third-party review platforms and directories to ensure accuracy and consistency. • Collaborate cross-functionally with colleagues across IFSA departments to gather content requirements, align messaging, and support integrated marketing initiatives. • Support day-to-day marketing operations with additional ad-hoc projects and administrative tasks as assigned, contributing to the overall efficiency and responsiveness of the marketing team.
• Current undergraduate or graduate student; or recent college graduate seeking part-time work experience while actively securing full-time employment • Comfort with basic spreadsheet functions (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) for data work is also a plus. • Prior exposure to a CRM like HubSpot or Salesforce is a nice bonus, though we will provide training. • Familiarity with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics is helpful but not mandatory. • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365—Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint—is the primary technical expectation for this role. • Working familiarity with web content management systems is valuable, and experience with WordPress is a plus but not required. • Authorized to work in the USA; physically located in the USA for the duration of the internship.
• Flexible work arrangements • Professional development opportunities
