📋 Description

• Build and Execute Joint Business Plans with Kroger • Own the Associate Category Manager relationship inclusive of promo execution and contract submissions • Oversee Evergreen planning while managing trade investment efficiently • Lead the KOMPASS Reset / New Item Submission Process • Drive trade investment effectiveness and efficiency via NRM; partner with shopper marketing to do the same • Drive insights to action, delivering key insights to business partners, while leveraging data to optimize how we go to market with Kroger. • Utilize strong analytical skills to provide in depth MICC and competitive promotional analysis • Ensure all deductions and post audits are completed in an effective and timely manner • Oversee a Sales Analyst including their daily responsibilities and career development

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree required • 2-5+ years experience in CPG or Retail Industry • A self starter, who takes ownership of their business • Analytical expertise, ability to see trends and develop recommendations from data (i.e., Circana, Nielsen, Numerator) • Microsoft Office: Excel & Power Point proficiency required • Skilled written and verbal communicator • Strong attention to detail to manage numerous processes, spreadsheets and forms • Ability to manage ambiguity and complex situations with many different data sources while crafting the story • Ability to build strong relationships and influence others
