• 8+ years of experience working with data analytics or data science teams to deliver reporting, analysis and insight or a quantitative degree • Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases • 3+ years of people management experience • Experience with data visualization tools such as Mode, Tableau, or Lookr • Familiarity with Google BigQuery, AWS, or other big data environments • Comfort with version control (Github, code review) • Experience leading product or subscription analytics strategy • 5+ years of experience communicating key insights cross-functionally (written, visually and verbally)
