📋 Description

• Manage a portfolio of recovery cases from intake through resolution • Navigate insurance carrier systems to validate and advance claims • Identify high-value recovery opportunities using internal tools and datasets • Communicate with payers to drive case progression and negotiate outcomes • Maintain accurate case documentation and ensure data integrity • Partner with Legal and Operations on complex or escalated cases • Identify workflow inefficiencies and contribute to process improvements

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree • 0–2 years of experience in operations, customer support, analytics, or similar roles • Strong organizational and communication skills • Strong problem-solving ability and attention to detail • Analytical mindset; comfortable working with data and identifying patterns • Clear, professional written communication • Ability to manage multiple workflows and prioritize effectively • High ownership and self-direction; you operate well without heavy oversight • Comfort learning new tools and systems quickly
