📋 Description

• Maintain accurate creator records, rosters, and internal databases • Update and manage creator rosters and profiles • Support creator onboarding and offboarding processes • Maintain trackers, reports, and internal documentation • Organize creator assets, insights, and performance data • Assist with internal workflows and process improvements • Coordinate product gifting and PR opportunities with creators • Track and document gifting partnerships • Communicate opportunities between internal teams and creators • Build and maintain creator referral and prospect lists • Support team initiatives through research and data organization • Progress toward a Campaign Manager role over time

🎯 Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively • Interest in influencer marketing or the creator economy • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience with spreadsheets or data tracking is a plus • Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required • Ability to communicate frequently with English-speaking clients, creators, and team members
