âą Maintain accurate creator records, rosters, and internal databases âą Update and manage creator rosters and profiles âą Support creator onboarding and offboarding processes âą Maintain trackers, reports, and internal documentation âą Organize creator assets, insights, and performance data âą Assist with internal workflows and process improvements âą Coordinate product gifting and PR opportunities with creators âą Track and document gifting partnerships âą Communicate opportunities between internal teams and creators âą Build and maintain creator referral and prospect lists âą Support team initiatives through research and data organization âą Progress toward a Campaign Manager role over time
đŻ Requirements
âą Strong attention to detail and organizational skills âą Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively âą Interest in influencer marketing or the creator economy âą Strong communication and collaboration skills âą Experience with spreadsheets or data tracking is a plus âą Fluent verbal and written English communication skills required âą Ability to communicate frequently with English-speaking clients, creators, and team members
