• Develop and maintain documentation including technical specifications, user manuals, and training materials (in collaboration with Systems, PM, and Marketing) • Identify, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve issues in customer environments (2nd-level support) • Conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and provide structured feedback to engineering and quality teams • Ensure proper reporting of activities and customer feedback to engineering and sales • Ensure strict adherence to procedures during installation and/or modification of equipment • Provide technical consultancy for existing products (e.g., claims, production issues, field failures) • Perform hands-on work to address technical claims and support production-related problem-solving • Support change management and continuous improvement initiatives for released products • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., production, quality, service) to ensure product reliability and compliance
• Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar • Strong technical understanding of battery systems and their applications • Experience in troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and product support • Hands-on mentality and structured problem-solving skills • Strong communication skills and customer orientation • Willingness to work cross-functionally and occasionally travel to customer or production sites
