📋 Description

• Implement efficient solutions using appropriate delivery approaches to optimize processes and drive improvements • Guide customers in achieving efficiencies through integration, automation, and ITSM/ESM solutions • Work initially with Jira Service Management and associated products including Assets, Assets Data Manager, and Opsgenie • Gather and analyze client requirements and propose tailored ITSM and Atlassian solutions • Advise customers on ITSM and ESM best practices using the ITIL framework • Develop high-level architecture and adapt solutions to client needs • Configure advanced solutions for asset management, system integrations, and task automation • Support internal initiatives, upskilling, and expansion into emerging products such as ServiceNow • Support pre-sales by defining scope, providing estimates, and contributing to high-level solution design • Travel to client sites as necessary for key meetings or events • Configure Atlassian portals, request types, workflows, automation, asset schemas, and API connectors • Implement ITIL processes including service requests, incident, change, and problem management • Implement advanced ITSM systems focused on asset management or event and incident management using Opsgenie and Assets • Integrate Atlassian products with other systems through REST APIs • Occasionally manage migrations within broader implementation projects • Lead engagements autonomously, develop client relationships, and contribute to practice growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in consulting with a strong focus on the Atlassian toolset • Excellent organizational, prioritization, and interpersonal skills • Fluent Italian skills, both written and spoken • Ability to autonomously lead engagements, drive customer relationships, and deliver high-quality solutions • Ability to adapt to evolving business and technology landscapes • Knowledge of ITIL and its application in ITSM and ESM • Knowledge of PPM systems and marketplace plugins such as Tempo Suite, Structure/BigPicture, Zephyr/Xray • Ability to communicate with stakeholders and present solutions • Experience supporting pre-sales, particularly in early sales-cycle stages and fixed-price packaged offerings • Ability to contribute to business development, secure contracts, and ensure billability through efficient time management • Innovative and creative approach to developing solutions and offerings • Team player with strong collaboration skills • Self-starting, ambitious, and tenacious • Desirable: experience with web integration using REST APIs • Desirable: scripting experience with Groovy or Python • Desirable: pre-sales experience • Desirable: requirements gathering and analysis experience • Desirable: experience in a fast-paced, fast-growth tech start-up environment • Desirable: understanding of non-functional requirements for scalability, availability, and security
