📋 Description

• Developing functionality on the ServiceNow platform • Providing Level 3 support for the ServiceNow platform • Working collaboratively with global ITSM team and other IT teams • Scripting in JavaScript, Jelly and HTML • Creating Custom UI Pages, Business Rules, Workflows, Macros and Client Scripts • ServiceNow Version Upgrades • Suggesting appropriate solutions for ad-hoc requirements • Handling client stakeholders directly for techno-functional discussions

🎯 Requirements

• Atleast 5 years of experience as ServiceNow Developer • Experience with CSM • Familiar with the Scrum methodology and mentoring junior members in a team • Good working knowledge of GitHub, Flow-JIRA and GitLab
