📋 Description
• Review invoice proposals and exceptions in accordance with individual client contract specifications. • Develop a solid understanding of billing rules, escalating rule issues or addition requests in line with policy. • Route manual invoices to clients not included in automated billing processes and complete weekly new starts. • Manage and resolve billing issues or disputes, identifying root causes and recommending process improvements. • Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers, ensuring timely and professional issue resolution. • Serve as a resource and subject matter expert for internal collaborators, supporting training and knowledge sharing. • Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
🎯 Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent required • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, and Outlook
