📋 Description

• Lead the business strategy for learning and knowledge management platforms and tools • Define business needs from learning and knowledge platforms and translate into clear requirements • Ensure platforms strengthen advocate readiness, knowledge usability, and operational performance • Partner closely with product and technology teams to influence platform priorities • Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional partners to identify business needs • Shape the future direction of learning and knowledge platforms • Leverage emerging technologies to build a scalable knowledge management operating model • Use data and analytics to monitor adoption and usability and drive continuous improvement

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree is strongly preferred, post graduate degree or professional certifications (preferred) • 8+ years of progressive leadership experience in learning and development, knowledge management including enabling technologies • Strong knowledge of AI capabilities and their application across learning and knowledge management environments required • Strong understanding of learning and knowledge management platforms, governance practices, content operations, and vendor landscape • Demonstrated ability to shape business requirements, influence technology direction, and build scalable capabilities across learning and knowledge management environments • Strong executive presence with a track record of effectively engaging with a broad range of high-level stakeholders • Strategic and analytical mindset with an enterprise focus • Demonstrated influence within complex, highly matrixed, innovative and evolving cultures • Courage and willingness to constructively challenge the status quo • Lead with empathy and support the whole-self mentality
