📋 Description

• Obtain, verify, and document accurate medication histories by communicating with patients, caregivers, pharmacies, providers, and other healthcare professionals. • Support pharmacists by escalating medication discrepancies or clinical concerns and ensuring documentation is completed in electronic medical records. • Assist leadership with daily workflow coordination, staffing coverage, team communication, onboarding, training, coaching, and operational support. • Monitor productivity, quality, turnaround time, service expectations, and compliance with company policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active State Pharmacy Technician License and National Pharmacy Technician Certification required. • 4+ year(s) of pharmacy technician experience, including at least 3+ year(s) of medication reconciliation or medication history experience in a hospital setting. • Strong computer, communication, interpersonal, and technology skills; experience with Epic, Cerner, and/or Meditech preferred. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote clinical services environment.
