📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations aligned with organizational standards • Partner with business units to gather requirements and translate them into effective data solutions • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and performance optimization across all Tableau assets • Establish and promote best practices for dashboard design, data storytelling, and user experience • Collaborate with Analytics and IT teams to ensure seamless data integration and governance

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in Tableau development and dashboard design • 5+ years healthcare analytics experience • Experience with client facing reporting • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets • Proficiency in SQL and data modeling concepts • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Experience in a lead or senior analyst role preferred
