⢠Spearhead marketing efforts to understand our Sage ERP solutions and customer base ⢠Create campaign visions and integrated marketing plans in collaboration with business unit stakeholders ⢠Engage with creative team and leverage agile principles in marketing campaigns ⢠Oversee channel activation plans, including buyer personas and customer journey maps ⢠Engage with practice leaders on campaign planning and execution ⢠Develop practice-specific marketing assets to improve conversion rates ⢠Lead market analysis and make recommendations to business stakeholders ⢠Recommend content strategy deployment ⢠Help achieve quality lead goals and KPIs across marketing activities ⢠Understand targeted outcomes and monitor ongoing campaign performance ⢠Define ideal customer profile for solutions positioning ⢠Conduct comprehensive competitive analysis ⢠Develop go-to market strategy including content creation alongside demand generation ⢠Identify key conferences and events for sponsorship ⢠Plan client round tables, webinars, and networking events ⢠Conceptualize solution messaging and materials ⢠Collaborate with sales enablement for training and resources ⢠Establish, track, and measure KPIs to gauge marketing programs' impact on sales
⢠Knowledge of the ERP application landscape or similar enterprise applications for the SMB market ⢠Experience in working with partner and channel communities ⢠Research and analysis of competition and pricing and ability to craft Net at Work differentiators and incorporate into messaging, positioning, and the go-to-market strategy ⢠Skilled in gathering information from multiple data sources and collaborating with stakeholders to synthesize and deliver effective and timely campaigns ⢠Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders ⢠An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change ⢠Executive presence with the ability to present ideas, make recommendations, provide rationale, and advise leaders and their teams on communications and marketing strategy ⢠Results-oriented with strong time management skills and capable of performing well in a fast-paced environment, act with a sense of urgency in executing plans, and highly organized to effectively manage multiple projects with tight deadlines ⢠Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a demonstrated ability to provide compelling external-facing materials. ⢠Minimum of 4 years in developing strategic, integrated marketing plans and delivering execution of product marketing achievements in the tech industry ⢠Background in marketing cloud-based services and solutions. ⢠A proven record of crafting compelling positioning and thought leadership content. ⢠Hands-on ability to build a range of marketing and sales assets (including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks, battle cards, etc.) ⢠Experience with project management tools to design and coordinate frequent and intricate campaigns. ⢠Innovative, analytical, process- and detail-oriented. ⢠Exceptional team player with proven ability to lead through influence. ⢠Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication
