📋 Description
• Handling inbound and outbound comms. • Onboarding new children (and grown-ups) in to our Game Dev clubs. • Helping children get on to the platform, with common pre-session tech issues. • Assisting in the running of the online platform, including replying to messages from children. • Running live online clubs when needed.
🎯 Requirements
• Super friendly • Reliable and professional. • Infectious enthusiasm. • Great communication skills. • Passionate about technology. • Loves working with children and helping them learn new skills. • Strong IT literacy. • Confident around children. • Previous Customer Service experience (nice to have). • Experience with CRM software (nice to have).
