📋 Description

• Contribute to a banking app for a leading financial group in Japan (fintech project providing loans to funds managed by asset managers) • Work on an app hosted on a stand-alone AWS account • Mostly automation testing using Python and Selenium wrappers • Design and document test cases using the TestRail test management tool • Contribute to developing new automated test cases with the custom automation framework • Actively engage in Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Refinement, Sprint Review, Daily standups) • Explore edge cases and user behavior beyond standard test scenarios • Assess backlog items, identify potential risks, and ensure well-defined acceptance criteria • Provide developers with clear, concise, and actionable bug reports • Proactively suggest and implement improvements to the team's testing processes

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced English in speaking and writing • 4+ years of Quality Assurance experience • Proven experience in test automation with Python and Selenium • Proficiency in test case design using tools like TestRail • Experience in Agile environments; active participation in Scrum ceremonies • Strong analytical skills to identify edge cases and assess user behavior beyond standard test scenarios • Nice to have: Commercial experience with PyTest • Nice to have: Experience with performance, integration, and regression testing • Nice to have: Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and build automation tools • Nice to have: Knowledge of REST APIs and web services testing • Nice to have: Experience with cloud-based environments such as AWS or Azure
