📋 Description

• Maintain and support Workday Finance modules and system configuration. • Partner with business teams to understand needs and recommend solutions. • Implement solutions through successful design, development, testing, and deployment with required documentation. • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution. • Support system enhancements, upgrades, and new implementations. • Develop and maintain reports for business users. • Ensure accuracy and integrity of financial system data. • Manage support tickets ensuring thorough, timely work, and compliance with documentation procedures in ticket tracking system. • Support system integrations and coordinate with vendors as needed. • Identify opportunities to improve systems and processes. • Occasional extended hours during system upgrades, releases, or critical project milestones.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field. • 3+ years of experience supporting ERP or enterprise systems. • Experience with Workday Finance. • Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills. • Knowledge of financial processes and accounting concepts. • Preferred Qualifications • Workday certification or ability to obtain within 6 months. • Experience with system implementations or upgrades. • Experience in healthcare or complex organizations.
