• Build, maintain, and improve dashboards and reports that give stakeholders clear, timely visibility into performance • Write and optimise SQL and Python to extract, transform, and analyse data from multiple sources • Partner with stakeholders to understand their questions, define metrics, and translate requirements into analytics that drive decisions • Ensure data quality and accuracy through validation, de-duplication, and reconciliation of reporting outputs • Document analyses and reporting logic, and present findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences • Work closely with the Business Intelligence team and organisational stakeholders • Design reliable reporting pipelines and help shape how the business measures and acts on its data
• A degree or equivalent qualification in Data Science, Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field • 3-5 years of hands-on experience in a data science, analytics, or business intelligence role • Strong, demonstrable SQL skills, including writing complex queries and working with large datasets • Proficiency in Python for data analysis, manipulation, and automation • Proven experience building dashboards and reports in tools like QuickSight, Metabase, or Power BI • Strong focus on data quality and accuracy • Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Preferred time zones: SAST / CAT / EAT (GMT +2 to GMT +3) • Ability and drive to succeed in virtual, distributed collaboration across different physical locations • Self-drive to communicate constantly using web collaboration and video conferencing
