📋 Description

• Manage day-to-day litigation file activity • Maintain and organize case files to ensure matters stay on track • Assist with case management and deadlines • Support attorneys with litigation-related tasks • Coordinate documents, filings, and case materials • Ensure timely movement of cases through the litigation process

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3+ years of litigation paralegal experience • Experience with Federal court litigation (jurisdiction not required) • Strong case management and organizational skills • Ability to manage multiple files and keep cases progressing efficiently • Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter who can work independently
