📋 Description
• Provide remote, on-demand legal support for immigration and family law projects • Collaborate with client law firms to meet legal needs • Attend MCH and Individual Hearings as required • Meet deadlines with organized documentation and communications
🎯 Requirements
• Licensed in good standing to practice law in Massachusetts • Minimum of 5 years’ Immigration and Family Law experience • Wiling to do coverage (some in person but mostly virtual) • Strong, experienced immigration coverage attorney for MCH and Individual Hearings • Well-organized and proven ability to meet deadlines • Self-starter and able to work independently
