📋 Description

• Provide remote, on-demand support for both short-term and long-term legal projects • Join an established network of legal professionals and work on personal injury litigation cases

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with direct experience in Florida matters • Strong experience handling discovery, including drafting, propounding, and responding to discovery requests • Ability to review and analyze discovery produced by opposing parties and identify necessary objections • Strong understanding of Florida litigation procedures, deadlines, and court rules • Experience managing case files and ensuring matters are progressing efficiently • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment • Proactive and able to take initiative with minimal supervision • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Self-starter and able to work independently
