• Create persuasive copy for landing pages, emails, ads, and social media for multiple clients • Adapt tone of voice and language according to each brand's audience and positioning • Manage copy requests for multiple accounts simultaneously, meeting deadlines and prioritizing tasks • Collaborate with marketing and design teams in campaign development • Review and optimize copy based on performance and A/B testing • Participate in strategic content alignment meetings with internal teams and, when necessary, with clients
• Proven experience in copywriting for digital marketing • Ability to switch between different niches, tones of voice, and target audiences • Strong command of psychological triggers, storytelling, and persuasion techniques • Good organizational skills and ability to manage priorities when handling multiple accounts simultaneously • Sharp written communication and attention to detail • Ability to work autonomously in a remote, part-time model • Willingness to register as MEI (Brazilian individual micro-entrepreneur) as payment is processed via monthly invoices
