📋 Description

• Maintain accurate accounting records. • Process and reconcile bank accounts, payment processors, and corporate card accounts. • Perform monthly balance sheet reconciliations. • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable functions. • Assist with month-end and year-end closing processes. • Prepare journal entries and supporting schedules. • Ensure completeness and accuracy of general ledger transactions. • Prepare monthly management accounts and reporting packs. • Assist with budget preparation and variance analysis. • Support cash flow forecasting and working capital management. • Monitor key financial performance indicators. • Analyse revenue trends, margins, refund rates, and operating expenses. • Assist with profitability analysis by product, service line, and customer segment. • Reconcile revenue across payment processors & Other payment platforms • Assist with deferred revenue and revenue recognition schedules. • Monitor subscription revenue, payment plans, and recurring billing metrics. • Track customer acquisition and operational financial KPIs. • Support external accountants, auditors, and tax advisors. • Maintain finance policies and procedures. • Ensure accurate supporting documentation is retained. • Assist with UAE corporate tax and international compliance requirements. • Support KYC, AML, and banking requests. • Work within cloud accounting and reporting platforms. • Assist with finance process automation initiatives. • Support integration of accounting systems with operational software. • Help improve reporting accuracy and efficiency using AI and automation tools.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. • Minimum 2–4 years of accounting experience. • Strong understanding of: Financial Accounting, Management Accounting, Financial Reporting, Reconciliations, Cash Flow Management • Advanced XERO and Google Sheets skills. • Experience working remotely for international businesses. • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. • High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities. • Familiarity with AI tools and automation platforms. • Candidates must demonstrate experience working remotely within one or more of the following industries: SaaS, AI businesses, Digital agencies, Subscription businesses, Technology companies, High-growth online businesses
