📋 Description
• Set a strategy and roadmap for AI and automation delivery across HR and enterprise platforms • Execute AI, agent-based, workflow, and automation use cases aligned with HR and digital roadmaps • Gather requirements, build and configure solutions, test, and deploy implementations • Configure and implement AI and automation capabilities within SuccessFactors, ServiceNow, Microsoft Copilot agents, and other tools • Partner with IT and vendors to meet integration, data usage, and security requirements • Support process redesign to embed AI and automation into HR and enterprise processes • Align AI solutions with standardized processes and operating models in partnership with HR Operations and COEs • Execute change and adoption plans, including training, communications, and user enablement materials • Monitor user feedback and adoption trends, escalating risks and improvement opportunities • Track delivery milestones, adoption metrics, and operational performance • Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and responsible AI guidelines • Recommend continuous improvements based on usage and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Graduate degree in any field • 5–7 years of experience • 2–3 years of experience in AI • Experience with Copilot and Joule Studio • Experience with Claude • Experience with SuccessFactors • Experience with WalkMe • Experience with ServiceNow • Experience with other HCM, AI, and automation tools
