📋 Description
• Sell and maintain 100% distribution of Hershey products within your territory • Ensure flawless execution of sales and merchandising plans with retailers • Install and restock permanent displays and other merchandising fixtures • Track activities, expenses, competitors, and promotions • Submit a daily report via tablet • Advise buyers and sales staff on product presentation and merchandising • Train staff on products to better meet customer needs
🎯 Requirements
• 1–3 years of sales experience (ideally in consumer goods) • Knowledge of sales techniques and territory management • Ability to lift up to 30 lb • Valid driver’s licence and current auto insurance • Residence within the assigned territory • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills • Ability to work independently while contributing to a team • Attention to detail and creativity • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint and familiarity with the iPad
