📋 Description
• Support development and implementation of 3-year strategic plan for the enterprise. • Provide thought-leadership and test plans for coherence and comprehensiveness. • Ensure plans satisfy financial and strategic aspirations and deliver shareholder value. • Reconcile plans across regional and functional imperatives. • Ensure clarity and commitment to the plans across levels in the organization. • Proactively support and lead other enterprise strategy initiatives including but not limited to the following for the office of the CGO and CEO: • Enterprise strategy scenario development • Category and market entry strategies • Mergers, acquisitions, and divestments • Capability, cost, and risk optimization • Customer and competitive analyses • External landscape assessments • Mergers & Acquisition • Lead category Priority/Analysis • Conduct Pre-Due Diligence Retail Analysis and strategy work.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years progressive professional experience. • Experience in roles requiring balanced profile across strategy, finance, and operations. • International business experience preferred: • BS/BA degree required. MBA Preferred.
