• Respond to patient inquiries via phone, email, SMS, and chat in a timely and professional manner • Provide compassionate and accurate assistance regarding services, appointments, and patient questions • Ensure every patient interaction reflects empathy, professionalism, and care • Follow up with patients to ensure a smooth and positive experience • Schedule and confirm appointments accurately • Coordinate patient intake, follow-ups, and internal communication with medical teams • Maintain organized and accurate patient records in CRM/EMR systems • Address patient concerns calmly and efficiently • Help improve processes and patient satisfaction through proactive communication • Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
• 2+ years of experience in customer support, patient care, medical reception, or healthcare customer service • Previous experience in healthcare, wellness, telehealth, medical clinics, or related environments • Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal) • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities • Comfortable using CRM systems, scheduling platforms, and digital communication tools • High attention to detail and follow-through • Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-oriented in fast-paced situations • Stable work history and interest in long-term career growth
