📋 Description

• Managing all financial transactions, including payments and budgets. • Responsible for handling monthly, quarterly, and annual closings. • Generate invoices and maintain accurate records in QuickBooks. • Prepare monthly payroll schedule and follow up with suppliers and customers. • Liaise with Accounting and Tax Consultant. • Prepare various financial reports as requested by management. • Maintain confidentiality and uphold professional integrity.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in accounting and administration, ACCA Level II - III or related career qualifications, especially in accounting and administration services is preferred. • 2 to 4 years work experience in an Accountant role (Mid-Level) or in a similar capacity • Experience using industry-leading, accounting and administration tools/software.
