📋 Description

• Location: Caribbean (Remote) • We are seeking a visionary and detail-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to oversee financial operations, strategy, and planning in a high-growth, multi-national remote-first organization. • Responsibilities: Lead financial planning, analysis, forecasting, and budgeting • Manage global compliance, tax, and regulatory reporting • Provide strategic financial insights to executive leadership and the board • Drive fundraising, M&A, and capital allocation initiatives • Oversee accounting, procurement, treasury, and audit functions

🎯 Requirements

• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent certification • 10+ years in finance leadership, preferably in a tech or multi-national environment • Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Caribbean financial regulations • Proven experience leading remote or regional teams • Exceptional analytical, communication, and strategic thinking skills
