📋 Description

• Conduct a remote audit of existing manufacturing systems and identify automation opportunities. • Design and propose automation workflows across production, refrigeration, packaging, and quality assurance. • Develop and guide deployment of PLC, HMI, and SCADA systems, coordinating with local teams. • Implement IoT-based predictive maintenance systems for equipment health monitoring. • Integrate AI-driven vision systems for automated quality control using smart cameras. • Enable ERP and MES system integration to create a unified, intelligent production environment. • Ensure food safety and compliance throughout the automation design and rollout. • Provide comprehensive documentation and remote training to client teams. • Offer ongoing virtual consultation, support, and system optimization.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Mechatronics, Automation, Electrical/ Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in industrial automation, preferably in FMCG or food production. • Advanced knowledge of PLC programming (e.g., Siemens, Allen Bradley), and SCADA/HMI systems. • Experience with remote automation consulting, including supporting on-site teams. • Strong understanding of industrial IoT, sensor integration, and control system architecture. • Familiarity with food-grade automation and hygiene compliance standards. • Experience automating dairy, ice cream, beverage, or frozen food production environments. • Working knowledge of AI/ML-powered visual inspection systems. • Experience integrating with ERP and MES platforms for process visibility and control. • Familiarity with Industry 4.0 tools and cloud-based data platforms. • Strong communication and collaboration skills in remote settings.
