📋 Description

• Process and administer end-to-end payroll for all employees (weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly depending on pay schedule). • Maintain accurate employee records, including new hires, terminations, benefits, leaves, bonuses, and deductions. • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal payroll regulations and tax laws. • Prepare and submit payroll tax filings and related reports in a timely manner. • Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, earnings, deductions, and tax forms. • Reconcile payroll prior to transmission and validate reports. • Coordinate with HR and Finance teams to ensure accurate processing of pay changes. • Maintain confidentiality and protect payroll operations by keeping all information secure. • Support internal and external audits related to payroll.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field, ACCA Level II - III is a plus. • Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist, Payroll Administrator, or similar role. • Solid understanding of payroll principles, labor laws, and tax regulations. • Proficiency in payroll software (QuickBooks, Peachtree, Sage). • Strong numerical and organizational skills with high attention to detail. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Experience within the financial services or finance industry is preferred.
