📋 Description

• Manage procurement activities across a distributed, remote-first environment • Optimize cost, quality, and supplier performance • Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, logistics, operations, and engineering teams • Source and negotiate with local and international vendors • Analyze price proposals, financial reports, and supplier performance • Create and issue purchase orders and maintain documentation • Track and manage inventory levels and delivery timelines • Build and maintain supplier relationships for long-term value

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Business, or related field • 3-5 years' experience in procurement, supply chain, or purchasing • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills • Familiarity with procurement tools and ERP systems • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized • Experience working with regional Caribbean suppliers is a plus
