📋 Description

•Design and lead a high-performing Project Management Office (PMO) •Establish governance frameworks and program methodologies •Mentor and develop project managers within the organization •Align PMO activities with strategic objectives •Implement tools for real-time reporting and resource management •Serve as a change champion for project delivery

🎯 Requirements

•7+ years in project/program management •Proven experience setting up or leading a PMO •Advanced knowledge of PM software and frameworks •Strategic mindset with strong stakeholder management skills •PMP, PgMP, or similar certification preferred
