📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality software applications • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and QA, to deliver scalable solutions • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code • Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and other Agile ceremonies • Troubleshoot, debug, and improve existing systems • Ensure software development follows best practices and company standards • (Optional) Assist in leading small project teams or mentoring junior developers, depending on experience and interest

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 3+ years of professional software development experience • Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java, C#) • Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) • Strong problem-solving and communication skills • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment • Must reside in the Caribbean • (Preferred) Experience leading development teams or managing software projects • (Preferred) Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • (Preferred) Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) • (Preferred) Full-stack development experience • (Preferred) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
