📋 Description
• Manage and schedule posts across all Spowse social media platforms • Engage with our audience through comments, messages, interactions and live spaces. • Collaborate with our Content Marketer/Strategist to create and design contents that aims to understand and reach our target audience • Assist in curating and implementing our content calendar. • Work closely with our Brand Designer to ensure visual consistency • Help increase brand visibility and engagement, particularly in Kenya • Analyze social media metrics and work with content strategist to create monthly reports on performance. • Stay updated on social media trends and best practices
🎯 Requirements
• 3-6 months of experience in social media management • Located in Kenya (preferred) • Strong understanding of major social media platforms • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Creativity and a keen eye for visual content • Basic knowledge of social media analytics • Familiarity with content scheduling tools • Interest in or knowledge of the African dating scene and cultural nuances • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant degree program (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Digital Media). This is not necessary but a plus. • Fluency in English
