📋 Description
• Invoice Processing: Issuing and reviewing invoices for accuracy. • Payment Collection: Processing payments and following up on overdue payments. • Account Reconciliation: Assisting in reconciling customer accounts and tracking discrepancies. • Reporting & Documentation: Maintaining transaction records and generating payment reports. • Communication: Interacting with clients to resolve billing issues and ensure payments are received. • And other assigned tasks.
🎯 Requirements
• Student (in the final year) or recent graduate in a related field. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in working with numbers. • Good knowledge of MS Excel and willingness to learn accounting software. • Excellent communication skills in spoken and written English and Lithuanian. • Ability to work in a dynamic environment, showing initiative and problem-solving skills.
