📋 Description

• Communicate with customers when needed and with internal teams • Stay updated on industry regulations and compliance requirements • Analyze data to identify trends and root causes • Handle chargeback cases • Provide exceptional customer service • Produce daily, weekly, and/or monthly statistical reports • Prepare KPI reports on chargebacks • Perform other related tasks

🎯 Requirements

• Great attention to detail • Willingness to learn and develop daily • Previous experience in Chargeback, Refund, Accounts Receivable, or similar fields is an advantage • Proficiency in relevant computer applications • Excellent written and verbal English language skills • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and manage time effectively • Excellent communication skills • Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
