📋 Description

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable and Chargeback teams • Provide team training, guidance, coaching, and performance management • Ensure team KPIs are met and foster a collaborative, high-performing environment • Manage daily Chargeback and Accounts Receivable operations • Ensure efficient chargeback case processing from initiation to resolution • Support specialists in achieving the highest chargeback win rate • Oversee timely and accurate payment processing for Accounts Receivable • Help the team reprocess as many leads as possible • Analyze chargeback and accounts receivable trends • Provide management with insights and identify process improvement opportunities • Develop and present regular team performance reports • Ensure payment handling complies with processor regulations, industry standards, and internal policies • Handle complex chargeback cases and Accounts Receivable issues • Collaborate with other teams to address root causes and mitigate financial risks • Continuously evaluate and improve Accounts Receivable and Chargeback processes • Perform other tasks as required

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in banking, fintech, payment processing, or e-commerce payments • Exposure to chargebacks/disputes and/or Accounts Receivable • At least 1–2 years of experience leading or supervising a team, with responsibility for performance, KPIs, coaching, and development • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and implement process improvements • Strong organizational and prioritization skills • Ability to manage multiple operational responsibilities in a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills • Collaborative and proactive approach • Fluency in Lithuanian and English, both written and spoken
