📋 Description

• Schedule, publish and localize content across LATAM social channels • Research trends and formats and contribute creative ideas to grow engagement • Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution across Argentina, Colombia and Chile • Localize campaigns and manage follow-up • Organize workflows and documentation • Research local trends and cultural insights • Adapt high-performing creative from Brazil for LATAM audiences • Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Growth teams • Maintain trackers and project information for LATAM growth initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• Organized and eager to learn, take initiative, and follow through on tasks • Genuine interest in content, social media and audience engagement • Quality and accuracy in content and operational tasks • Ability to work well across different teams and communicate clearly • Curious, adaptable and excited to pick up new tools and processes • Tuned into Colombian and broader LATAM trends, culture and dating dynamics • Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written • Based in Bogotá • Available for an immediate start or short notice period
