📋 Description

• Schedule, publish and localize content across LATAM social channels • Research trends and formats to keep social content fresh • Contribute creative ideas to grow regional engagement • Support day-to-day CRM campaign execution across LATAM markets, including localization and follow-up • Maintain organized CRM workflows and documentation • Research local trends and cultural insights • Adapt high-performing creative from Brazil for LATAM audiences • Collaborate with the Creative Studio and Growth teams • Support LATAM growth initiatives • Keep trackers and project information organized and up to date

🎯 Requirements

• Organized and eager to learn, take initiative, and follow through on tasks • Genuine interest in content, social media and audience engagement • Strong attention to quality and accuracy in content and operational tasks • Ability to work well across different teams and communicate clearly • Curiosity, adaptability and willingness to learn new tools and processes • Awareness of Colombian and broader LATAM trends, culture and dating dynamics • Fluent English and Spanish, spoken and written • Based in Argentina • Available to start immediately or within a short notice period
