📋 Description

• Build and optimize robust, scalable web applications across front-end and back-end stacks • Design and refine data pipelines to collect, process, and analyze large-scale datasets • Implement analytical tools to extract actionable insights that drive business decisions • Mentor and guide development teams, fostering collaboration and excellence • Translate business needs into technical solutions through clear, proactive communication • Manage and supervise external subcontractors, ensuring quality and deadlines are met • Maintain high standards in code quality, documentation, and established procedures • Work in Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) to deliver results efficiently and iteratively • Partner with business, data, and creative teams to align on technical objectives • Drive best practices through code reviews and process optimization • Keep processes and developments well-documented and transparent

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years as a Full Stack Developer in projects related to Data Engineering and Analytics • Bachelor’s in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related fields • Professional English proficiency (official company language). Spanish is a plus • Proficiency in Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar languages • Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.js (front-end) and Node.js, Django, or Flask (back-end) • Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) • Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud • Proven ability to lead and mentor teams while managing complex projects • Analytical mindset, proactive problem-solving, adaptability, and strong collaboration • Hands-on experience in Agile environments (Scrum or Kanban)
