📋 Description

• Analyze large and complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that inform strategic planning. • Develop, refine, and optimize predictive models and algorithms to support decision-making across the organization. • Apply advanced statistical modeling and machine learning techniques to solve challenging business problems. • Create compelling data visualizations and reports to clearly present complex findings to stakeholders. • Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, operations, and product to ensure data initiatives align with company objectives. • Mentor and share knowledge with other data team members and help develop team capabilities. • Innovate and stay on top of emerging tools, technologies, and methodologies to continuously enhance data science practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Graduate degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Data Science) or equivalent experience. • 5-7 years of professional experience in data science or a related field. • Proficiency in SQL, AWS, Python, or R. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve varied and complex problems independently. • Excellent communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences. • A collaborative mindset and desire to work across departments and mentor others. • Ability to work remotely from one of the following U.S. states: Arkansas, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas, Utah, Virginia, or Wisconsin. • Physical requirements: use of fingers; talking; hearing; close visual acuity; repetitive motions; inside environmental conditions.
