📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and senior recruiters to understand role requirements, priorities, and timelines • Review and analyze job requirements for alignment with candidate profiles and client needs • Create, publish, and manage job postings across job boards, databases, social media, and other platforms • Screen resumes and applications to assess qualifications, experience, certifications, and fit • Conduct initial phone and video interviews • Support sourcing by researching and engaging active and passive candidates using creative strategies • Maintain accurate candidate records in internal systems and tracking tools • Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a positive candidate experience • Assist with rate discussions and offer processes under senior team guidance • Collaborate with the recruiting team to improve workflows, sourcing strategies, and hiring outcomes

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or a related HR role • Interest in or exposure to remote hiring and global talent markets • Advanced English proficiency, spoken and written • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially in phone and video-based interactions • Ability to screen candidates effectively and ask structured, insightful questions • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based tools such as OneDrive or similar • Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely
