⢠Define brand vision and strategic direction, ensuring maximum market fit and profitability ⢠Lead the delivery and execution of this strategy, within the constraints of the relevant regulatory frameworks ⢠Lead, drive and execute commercial, and business development activities ⢠Commercial strategy and planning ⢠Marketing, PR, Advertising, Networking ⢠Be responsible for product research and innovation ideation, keeping our product aligned with market trends and evolution and exploiting new/untapped opportunities ⢠Shape the brands to maximize unique selling points and build new product long term value across different markets ⢠Own day-to-day brand operations across player acquisition, retention, player operations and casino management ⢠Own relationship with 3rd party providers, including Platform Provider (TMA), negotiating SLAs, deliverables and timelines, identifying priorities ⢠Identify and establish clear framework for procedures and flows across all player touch points ⢠Ensure the business is always in compliance with market requirements, in the context of a fast-changing regulatory landscape ⢠Manage risks and create opportunity for business growth in new and existing markets ⢠Coordinate compliance input from internal and external providers ⢠Secure new markets readiness and compliance ⢠Own P&L, responsible for the financial success of the company ⢠Run budgeting exercises and secure funding from group level ⢠Analyze financials and report on group level, as needed ⢠Champion company culture and values locally, ensuring alignment with the group's standards ⢠Establish and enable cross-team alignment and structure ⢠Lead and develop teams for success and foster strong ownership
⢠5+ years in leading iGaming brands in regulated markets is mandatory ⢠Proven track record of owning and scaling a brand or business unit with full P&L responsibility ⢠Proven ability to define and execute long-term brand vision and commercial strategy ⢠Experience leading small, lean teams ⢠Willingness to work hands-on, where needed ⢠Strong communication skills ⢠Strong analytical mindset and familiarity with reporting tools and KPIs. ⢠Good functional and technical understanding of iGaming Products ⢠Strong people leader with experience building, developing, and retaining high-performing teams
