📋 Description

• Establish a brand architecture for Digital United’s master and sub-brands • Apply brand theory to build loyalty and awareness • Define the brand purpose, promise, and personality • Audit and evolve brand equity through measurable indicators • Define unique value propositions for services and offerings • Conduct market and competitive research for positioning • Serve as steward of brand voice and identity across entities • Oversee creation of marketing materials and campaigns • Develop go-to-market frameworks for business development • Advise on marketing spend for ROI maximization • Ensure brand alignment across all entities and collaboration.

🎯 Requirements

• 15+ years in brand strategy, marketing communications, or creative consulting • Proven ability to apply brand theory frameworks (Aaker, Keller, etc.) • Deep expertise in brand equity, positioning, awareness, and differentiation • Experience developing multi-brand architectures and brand systems • Strong understanding of the full marketing funnel • Exceptional communication skills for C-suite audiences • Skilled in CRM, marketing analytics, and dashboard development • Strong cross-functional leadership and influence. • A balance of creative instinct and analytical rigor.
