📋 Description

• further develop the framework for commercial terms and thereby actively contribute to profitable growth • provide well-founded analyses and strategic recommendations through financial simulations, price analyses and evaluation of promotions • support Key Account Managers in negotiations with retailers, assist with adjusting terms and make investment decisions • ensure a consistent and transparent pricing structure by maintaining and optimizing the master pricing framework across list, purchase and retail prices • analyze sales and promotion results and derive concrete recommendations for action • develop price and promotion strategies taking into account competition and market trends – in close cooperation with our Market Insights team • contribute to the international pricing and investment strategy, initially focusing on DE, NL and UK • work closely with Finance, Brand and Commercial Operations to align investment and pricing decisions • prepare meaningful reports and presentations to support management and sales in key decisions

🎯 Requirements

• degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or a comparable field • 2–5 years of professional experience in Sales, Pricing, Commercial Finance or Controlling – ideally in the FMCG sector • strong analytical skills and the ability to confidently assess complex financial and commercial scenarios • pronounced hands-on mentality and the ability to find pragmatic solutions even when not all tools or processes are available • clear communication and strong presentation skills; enjoy working cross-functionally • confident user of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint • fluent in German and English (C1 level)
