• Manage inboxes, schedule meetings, and organize calendars. • Handle data entry, file organization, and document management. • Support internal and external communication via email and chat. • Prepare reports and update project or client information in tracking systems. • Assist with research, task coordination, and follow-ups. • Create and maintain checklists, templates, and simple SOPs. • Collaborate with different departments to ensure tasks are completed on time.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills. • Excellent organization and time management skills. • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently. • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar). • Experience with CRM or project management tools (preferred). • Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable to changing priorities. • Reliable internet connection and remote work setup.
